My ideal client is someone who is ready and willing to explore their relationship to food, fitness, and their true self. I want to help people who are interested in deep diving, and not looking for quick fixes or magic bullets. Working with people around food is my primary interest, but since other pillars of health are equally important, and intricately connected to our food choices, I am also equipped to assist people in areas of stress reduction, sleep quality, and implementing movement into their lives. Even if your primary focus is wanting to eat less junk food, these other topics will come into play.
When you work with me, you can expect me to let you guide the conversation towards your specific goals. I am there to help you make connections and find solutions to blockages on your path. I will not assign you a diet or exercise plan to follow, but I will collaborate with you on how to find what works best for your body at the stage you are in.
When you are ready to involve me in crafting your journey towards a healthier state, we will begin with a short virtual meeting. In this call, we can get to know each other better and understand your goals and my process. After this, we will meet 6 more times to begin working towards your ultimate goal.
Coaching isn’t a destination, it is a process. At the end of 6 sessions, you may not be at your goal weight, or eating the diet you wanted to commit to 100%. But you will have a greater understanding of WHY these goals are important, where they are coming from, and deeper awareness around the choices and actions you make in the future. You will have been provided with tools and resources to stay the course that you may return to any time you need.
